Yes, a 2 night minimum is required for all bookings

Yes, there are (38) black farmhouse metal chairs, (7) 6' folding tables and (4) cocktail tables, provided in the garage.  You are welcome to use them but need to return them as found, unless you have an event booking rate.  Additional fee applies if chairs & tables not returned as found or you can pay a fee to have us set them up and break them down for you.

Event day access for up to 40 guests (instead of just 18 people)

2-night rental (check-in 3PM and check-out 10AM)

Setup + Breakdown of tables and chairs (instead of you having to do all the work)

Ceremony Backdrop and select decor

Day of Coordinator/Decorator for 4 hours event day

Yes, there is a $750 fully REFUNDABLE security deposit

No, that is usually not an option.  We do have cameras on the exterior of the house to monitor for too many guests and your safety. 

Everything is electronic for check-in and out.  Check-in is 3PM or later.  Check-out is 10AM or sooner.

You may request it but it is not guaranteed, until the day prior and only if we don't have a back to back booking, is it available.

-Throw away all trash and place trash in trash bin

-Return furniture and games as you found them

-Place all used dishes in dish washer and hand wash any used pots and pans

-Turn off lights, lock all doors and turn off A/C units

Wedding packages - require 50% DOWN

Overnight only - $500 down per night to book
